1. Under Article 9 of the Political Parties Registration Law, the Karen National Democratic Party (KNDP), headquartered at No 4/413, Thudanu Road, Ward 4, Hpa-An, Kayin State, has been registered as a political party. The party has submitted to the Union Election Commission its intention to modify and use its party flag and logo as shown.

2. Therefore, following Section 14 (d) of the Political Parties Registration Rules, it is hereby announced for public awareness that any objections to the proposed changes to the party flag and logo must be submitted to the Union Election Commission within seven days from the date of this announcement, along with valid evidence.
