STATE Administration Council Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing attended the Eighth Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Summit, the 10th Ayeyawady-Chao Phraya-Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy (ACMECS) Summit, and the 11th Cambodia-Laos-Myanmar-Vietnam (CLMV) Summit in the People’s Republic of China from 5 to 10 November 2024. On these occasions, he made concerted efforts for the development of the political, economic, social and education sectors of the country, achieved alternate chairmanship of ACMECS, and positive outcomes through the dialogues with Prime Ministers of China, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand.

The Myanmar-China Cooperation and communications Centre, Myanmar citizens of Chinese Origin, Myanmar Interfaith Dialogue Group (Central), multi-ethnic unity and welfare organization (temporary), Myanmar Evangelical Christian Alliance, Union of Myanmar Methodist Church (Lower Myanmar), All Myanmar Hindu Central Council, All Myanmar Tamil Hindu Foundation (HQ) and Islamic Religious Affairs Council Myanmar released statements warmly supporting the efforts of the Senior General.
