THE Myanmar Government, dedicated to the welfare of its citizens, is committed to ensuring that Myanmar embassies and consulates, in coordination with relevant embassies and ministries, take prompt action to support Myanmar nationals abroad and help them return home safely, regardless of any challenges they may face.

The Myanmar Consulate-General collaborated with the UAE’s Department of Immigration, Myanmar Airways International (Head Office), and other relevant departments to secure an out-pass for Myanmar national Ma Zin Myo Thu, who faced difficulties while working in Fujairah, the UAE. She departed for Yangon on the Dubai-Yangon flight and arrived back at 9:30 pm on 13 November.

The Myanmar Consulate-General continues to assist and facilitate the safe return of Myanmar nationals in the UAE who face challenges, through the efforts of the Myanmar Consulate-General and the Myanmar Embassy. The Myanmar Government is committed to supporting the repatriation of Myanmar nationals encountering difficulties while working abroad. Workers’ families have expressed their deep gratitude to the government, the Myanmar Consulate-General, and the Myanmar Embassy for their assistance in rescuing their loved ones during times of distress.
