The scheduling event for department-level team sports at the 2024 National Sports Festival occurred yesterday morning at the Wunna Theikdi Football Stadium conference room in Nay Pyi Taw. Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Htein Lin led the event, where schedules were set for six department-level sports, 23 state and regional sports, and four for athletes with disabilities. Team sports such as football, futsal, volleyball, and sepak takraw were included in the event.

Officials emphasized that all teams must comply with the established rules and regulations, which have been pre-approved and distributed to the relevant departments to ensure fair competition. The event was attended by various key figures, including U Htein Lin, the sports event committee chairman, and representatives from the participating sports federations and ministries.
