THE fifth National Sports Festival, scheduled to be held in Nay Pyi Taw from 2 to 20 December 2024, will feature six sports at the ministry level, 23 sports at the state and regional level, and four para-sports. The event will be conducted under five key objectives, showcasing grandeur and inclusivity.

To provide real-time updates on competition fixtures, results, historical backgrounds of the festival and sports, and other related information, the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs has launched the festival’s official website, https://www. thefifthnationalsports.gov.mm/, and a mobile application starting 1 December 2024.

This initiative aims to ensure public access to timely and comprehensive updates about the festival.
