GUIDED by the Central Committee on Ensuring Smooth Flow of Trade and Goods, a software application named MPTA FM has been developed to offer access to the types of fuels, and prices at the nearest petrol stations, including the amount of fuel for the people using their mobile phones.

The MPTA FM application features location, opening and closing hours, types of fuel and prices of fuel stations across the nation, and it was developed by the Supervisory Committee on Import, Storage and Distribution of Fuel Oil and Myanmar Petroleum Trade Association. The MPTA FM application can be downloaded on the Android version at Google Play Store starting 1 January 2025. Plans are underway for the IOS version.
