IN the ongoing armed conflicts within Rakhine State, as Tatmadaw members took measures to contain counterattacks against AA terrorists for considering the safety of local civilians, they were captured by AA terrorists. Video files showing AA terrorists brutally killing Tatmadaw members captured by them were filmed and shared online. Moreover, Tatmadaw members, police members, women, and even children were similarly slaughtered.

As their inhumane and terror actions in war crimes of AA terrorists are unacceptable, Young Men’s Buddhist Association (Central), Myanmar Interfaith Dialogue Group (Central), Myanmar Evangelical Christian Alliance, Union of Myanmar Methodist Church (Lower Myanmar), Faith Evangelical Church (Bago), Deliverance Church (Yangon), All -Myanmar Hindu Central Council, All-Myanmar Tamil Hindu Foundation (HQ), Thananta Dhamma Palaka (Hindu) Association, Islamic Religious Affairs Council Myanmar, Myanmar Press Council, Myanmar Writers’ Association, Myanmar Motion Pictures Organization, Myanmar Music Association (Central), Myanmar Artists Organization (Central), Myanmar Theatrical Association (Central), Myanmar Comedians’ Association, Myanmar Sports Media Federation, and Pinnaygon Yakhine Jaame Mosque released statements, strongly opposing and condemning these inhumane and terror actions.
