IT is an auspicious occasion changing to 2025 from 2024. May all the Myanmar citizens and people living in the world be in good health, and prosperous. I also wish all the people to be the significant and powerful ones in carrying out the measures for the sake of religion, race, and country.
May all the people of the world be able to eradicate negative thoughts, and keep positive mindsets and thoughts in the new year. May all the people possess seven treasures of Buddha teachings because all should follow these seven treasures: Saddha (faith), Sila (morality), Suta (learning), Caga (generosity), Pannya (wisdom), Hiri (moral shame), and Ottappa (moral dread). I also extended my best wishes for all people to possess good things and uphold these seven treasures on the New Year occasion.
Saddha means belief. People do what they believe in. Therefore, all human beings have their own Kamma (action or deed). If they do good things, they can have good things. If they do bad things, they can have bad things, If they say positive words, they can have good things. If they say bad words, they can have bad things. If they think positive side, they can have good things, and if they think negative side, they can have negative things. Therefore, we extend our Metta to all according to Kamma and the law of Kamma. May all Myanmar people and those who living in the world do good things, say positive words, and think the positive things. If they have a positive mindset in their actions, words and thoughts, there might be no negative consequences in the whole world, but positive consequences. Similarly, no one can be rescued from their Kamma and the consequences of their actions. Check your thoughts from the daytime to nighttime. All know themselves how they think or attempt to do something regarding the action, word and thought. If they think negative cases, they can get negative things. The negative things never offer a peaceful mindset. When the year is changing into a new one, I wish all the Myanmar people and people living in the world not to think, do or say negative things.
The value of humans begins is tolerance and forgiveness. If everyone possesses the seven treasures — Saddha (faith), Sila (morality), Suta (learning), Caga (generosity), Pannya (wisdom), Hiri (moral shame), and Ottappa (moral dread) – along with tolerance and forgiveness, they can enjoy their lives as human beings, ultimately leading to Nibbana. If all follow the Buddha’s teachings, they can have good benefits in their lives, the celestial realm and Nibbana. May all have perfection in Loki (mundane) and Lokuttara (supramundane), and avoid the rebirth in hell. May all reach Nibbana where there is no Santisukha, Saddha, Jati (birth), Jara (old age), Vyadhi (illness), Marana (death) and Dukkha (suffering).
