STATE Administration Council Chairman has conferred Excellent Performance in Social Field medals (First Class) on 249 National Convention delegates under Notification 3/2025 dated 4 January 2025 for their outstanding activities in taking part in discussions to adopt detailed principles in drafting the Constitution (2008) of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar at the National Convention.
