I am pleased, as the Republic of the Union of Myanmar celebrates its National Day, to convey to you on behalf of the Algerian people and government, and that of my own, my warmest congratulations and my sincerest wishes for continued good-health and well-being to Your Excellency, and further advancement and progress to the friendly people of Myanmar.
