U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, received Mr Nassereddin Heidari, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar with residence in Bangkok yesterday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.

During the call, they cordially exchanged views on strengthening the existing bilateral relations between Myanmar and Iran, mutually beneficial cooperation including trade and investment sectors, and enhancing collaboration in the regional and international arenas.
