Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win attended the dinner in honour of the International Conference on Applied Research in Education (2025) at the Myanmar International Convention Centre II in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday evening.

The Vice-Senior General presented gifts to representatives from international organizations namely China Geological Survey, the Guangzhou Marine Geological Survey (GMGS), the Association of Southeast Asian Teacher Education Network (AsTEN) and the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Technical Education Development(SAMEO TED) which participated in the conference.

SAC Member Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Transport and Communications General Mya Tun Oo presented gifts to a representative for the members of the chairs of the conference and certificates of appreciation to representatives for scholars who evaluated the papers and for resource persons.

SAC Member Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Defence General Maung Maung Aye gave certificates of appreciation to resource persons from the arts and science arenas, Oceanian and geoscience arenas, MSME and TEVT sectors.

SAC Member Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Yar Pyae handed certificates of appreciation to resource persons of the language resources and technological arenas and young generation scientists and gifts to a representative from the organizing committee, respectively.

The Vice-Senior General had the dinner together with all attendees.

Also present at the dinner were SAC members, Union-level dignitaries, Union ministers, diplomats from foreign missions to Myanmar, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman, senior Tatmadaw officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief, the commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command, deputy ministers, resource persons, scholars and officials.
