MALICIOUS media outlets intentionally spread false reports that Tatmadaw carried out an airstrike on 1 February night in Taloke, Myingyan Township in Myingyan District, Mandalay Region.

According to a regional security official, such news was invalid, and security forces conducted routine security measures. Meanwhile, terrorists launched drone attacks dropping bombs, killing and injuring civilians. Subversive media outlets intend to circulate false claims to mislead the public about security forces carrying out security duties.
