DEPUTY Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation Dr Tin Htut, along with Deputy Minister for Commerce U Min Min, left Yangon International Airport for India yesterday morning to attend the Pulses Conclave 2025 being held in New Delhi from 12 to 14 February.
