A high-level goodwill delegation led by Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing paid official State visits to the Russian Federation at the invitation of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and to the Republic of Belarus at the invitation of President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko on 3 March 2025 and could hold meetings to achieve positive results for Myanmar.

Young Men’s Buddhist Association (Central), All Myanmar Hindu Central Council, Union of Myanmar Methodist Church (Lower Myanmar), Faith Evangelical Church (Bago), Deliverance Church (Yangon), Pinnaygone Yakhine Jaame Mosque, Buthidaung-Maungtaw Regional Development Association, Myanmar Theatrical Association (Central), Myanmar Comedians’ Association, Myanmar Shiah Muslim Religious Association (central), Myanmar Sports Media Federation, All Ethnicities Unity and Service Association (Interim), Myanmar Writers’ Association and Myanmar MSME (Cluster) Slippers Enterprises Organization (Central) issued statements praising Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, for his efforts in contributing to the development and progress of various sectors in Myanmar.
