SECURITY forces were not responsible for the destruction and burning of over 80 homes in Naypukan Village, Salingyi Township in Magway Region.

A local security official explained that they follow established procedures to prevent terrorist activities in the area. Security forces did not burn any homes. Instead, terrorists are hiding in villages and setting fires in certain areas.

These reports are spread by malicious media outlets to cover up terrorist actions and create confusion about the role of security forces.
