1. The ASEAN Countries and Asian Film Commission Network (AFCNet) member countries will organize the ASEAN-ROK Film Leader Incubator, FLY Project 2025 in Busan, South Korea, from 4 to 19 September 2025. The programme will include short filmmaking, documentary filming and workshops, and two from Myanmar will be selected and sent to join the programme.

2. The applicants to FLY Project 2025 shall meet the following criteria;

(a) Eligible criteria for applicants

(1) The applicants must be citizens of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

(2) Must be born between 2001 and 2006.

(3) Must have directed or produced at least two short films, documentaries, or video films.

(4) Must be fluent in English speaking.

(5) Must not have any international travel restrictions

(6) Must not have participated in any programme organized by the Busan International Film Festival or the Asian Film Academy (BAFA).

(b) Required documents for application

(1) Fill out the required documents completely

(2) An introductory statement including interests of applicants, personal data, and plans

3. The application forms are available and can be submitted at No 28, Kokkine Venue Street, Motion Pictures Promotion Branch of Information and Public Relations Department in Bahan Township, Yangon Region.

4. The applicants must fill out the application forms and submit them together with six copies of the required data and two project video files to the Motion Pictures Promotion Branch of the Information and Public Relations Department in Bahan Township during office hours of 4 April 2025 (Friday), and the shortlisted candidates must join the personal interview.
