THE Myanmar high-level delegation led by Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, accompanied by Head of Irkutsk State Mr Igor Ivanovich Kobzev and party, visited Irkutsk Aviation Plant and Irkutsk Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital in Irkutsk City and MBOU Zakharovkaya Secondary School Moscow yesterday morning.
The Senior General and party were welcomed by General Director Mr. Veprev Aleksey Alexandrovich and party of Irkutsk Aviation Plant-Irkutsk Corporation Branch. In the workshop, they explained assembling of sector-wise parts for manufacturing MC-21 300 airplanes in Robotic system and by Automatic Machines, work process of assembling the airplane body, wings and engines, control system in the head of airplanes, testing the capacity and maintenance of the airplanes, assembling of Su-30 fighters for the Myanmar Tatmadaw, and test-running works to the Senior General who asked for further information.
Irkutsk Aviation Plant was established in 1932, and it is a branch of Irkutsk Corporation. The Irkutsk airplane manufacturing association is an oldest works in Transbaykal region. From 1932, it has manufactured more than 7,000 airplanes.
The Senior General and the General Director exchanged gifts.
On arrival at Irkutsk Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital, Head of the hospital Mr Kozolv Yuri Andreevich and party welcomed the Senior General and party and explained health care services to children in the hospital, a plan for upgrading it to the 400-bed facility within two years, prospect for emergence of the building upon completion of the hospital through video presentation and VR technology. The Senior General discussed cooperation in health care services and other measures.
After viewing round the hospital, the Senior General and party heard explanation on a plan to build the hospital and capacity of machinery to perform surgical operations through robotic technology in the hospital by officials. Then, a surgical operation was demonstrated. As successful completion of surgical operation, they posed for documentary photos. The Senior General presented gifts to the head of the hospital.
At MBOU Zakharovkaya Secondary School Moscow, the Senior General and party were welcomed by Education Minister for Irkutsk State Maxim Alexandrovich Parfenov, Principal Ms Lyudmila Leonidovna Tuchkova and school officials.
The Senior General and party interestingly viewed academic system for the primary students at the school, teaching of school children with the use of modern multimedia technology, libraries and playgrounds. The principal conducted the Senior General and party round the school. The Senior General asked about prospect for cooperation in upgrading the education qualification and other measures.
