THE special appeal court composing Union Chief Justice U Htun Htun Oo and Supreme Court Judges U Kyi Thein, U Tin Hone, U Thaung Naing and U Thein Ko Ko gave judgement on one special criminal appeal case – No 2/2022 (Mandalay), and also delivered judgements on four special civil appeal cases – No 2/2022 (Yangon), No 12/2021 (Mandalay), No 3/2022 (Yangon) and No 6/2022 (Mandalay), at the office room 1 of the Union Supreme Court yesterday morning.

Moreover, they heard four special civil appeal cases No 3/2021 (Magway), No 15/2021 (Yangon), No 41/2020 (Mon) and No 21/2022 (Yangon) following the COVID-19 health rules.
