THE Work Committee on Organizing the Reception and Dinner of the 75th Anniversary of Independence Day, Diamond Jubilee Independence Day, held the first coordination meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.

The meeting was chaired by Work Committee on Diamond Jubilee Independence Day Reception and Dinner Chairman Union Minister U Wunna Maung Lwin of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Committee members, chairpersons of subcommittees and officials from relevant departments also attended the meeting.

Union Minister U Wunna Maung Lwin delivered an opening address and chairpersons and officials from subcommittees discussed the progress of their assignments.

Afterwards, the Union minister gave the necessary instructions before concluding the meeting.
