UNION Minister Dr Thet Khaing Win of the Ministry of Health received the delegation led by Mr Sanjay Mathur, Regional Director of the Bangkok-based United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) at the ministry in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.

They discussed matters relating to increased cooperation between the Ministry of Health and UNOPS in providing healthcare services, providing healthcare services with policies, objectives and strategies of the Ministry of Health, and fight against AIDS, STD, TB and malaria with the use of the global fund and access to health fund managed by UNOPS.

Present at the meeting were the deputy minister, the director-general and officials.
