U Aye Kyu Lay, vice-chair of the Myanmar Motion Picture Organization-MMPO, said the association will be distributing rice and oil for the 13th time to members of the film and video industry facing difficulties.

The distribution will encompass various layers of the MMPO, including management and distribution, video protagonists and film directors, script and editing, theatrical background music and production. It is also mentioned that the distribution will reach all members of the industry, including actors and actresses.

U Aye Kyu Lay mentioned, “As an association, since the beginning of the Covid-19 period, we have been providing assistance and support to our members who are facing difficulties, thanks to generous donors and the government for the twelfth time. We are preparing to distribute aid for the thirteenth time on 28 August.”

Myanmar Motion Picture Organization provided rice, oil, and food products to its members for the 12th time from 3 to 6 April, and the members of the organization came to collect such support and also brought their membership cards.
