MYANMAR will boost diplomatic relations with UAE and cooperate to protect Myanmar workers in accord with the law of UAE, said Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia U Tin Yu.

Myanmar Ambassador U Yin Tu discussed as regards the protection for Myanmar workers in UAE under the law and plans to beef up diplomatic ties between two countries with Chargé d’ Affaires Ms Maryam Nasser Almheiri.

During the meeting, the two sides focused on progresses in current political situation of Myanmar, legal protection on Myanmar workers in UAE, enhancement of Myanmar-UAE diplomatic relations, cooperation in business and investment sectors, and ASEAN-GCC relations measures.
