THE State Administration Council issued seven orders under Section 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar yesterday. Order No 85/2023 signed by SAC Chairman Senior General Min Aung Hlaing highlighted the reconstitution of SAC. The remaining orders from 86 to 91 were signed by Secretary Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe.
According to Order No 85, the new State Administration Council was refreshed with new members General Maung Maung Aye and Lt-Gen Nyo Saw.
Order No 86/2023 mentioned that Union Minister at the Union Government Office (1) Lt-Gen Soe Htut was assigned to discharge original military duties. SAC appointed U Aung Naing Oo as Union Minister at the Union Government Office (1) in Order No 87. Moreover, Order No 88 stated the appointment of U Tun Ohn as Union Minister for Commerce. SAC issued Order No 89 to allow U Bran Shaung to take retirement from duties as a member of the Union Election Commission and U Nyunt Aung from Deputy Minister for Commerce.
In addition, U Khin Zaw was appointed as a member of the Union Election Commission mentioned in Order No 90. Furthermore, SAC appointed U Lwin Oo as Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and U Min Min as Deputy Minister for Commerce in Order No 91.
