THE delegation led by Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture U Tin Oo Lwin left Yangon for the Russian Federation yesterday by Myanmar Airway International to attend the Ninth St Petersburg International Cultural Forum to be held in St Petersburg from 16 to 18 November.

Myanmar’s delegation was seen off by MoRAC Deputy Minister Daw Nu Mra Zan, the permanent secretary of the ministry and departmental officials, Counsellor Mr Pavel Klabukov from the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Myanmar and officials among others.
