IT was reported that the information that Kokang Self-Administered Zone Court issued an arrest warrant on 16 November 2023 to take action against Pel Yan Chan, son of U Pel Sauk Chein (Pan Sau Chein) for committing online scam, seduction, kidnapping, illegal detention, extortion, attempts to commit such cases and collaborating on the organized crimes in the Kokang Self-Administered Zone was a misinformation, and likewise, China did not issue an arrest warrant against Pel Yan Chan, son of U Pel Sauk Chein (Pan Sau Chein).
