THE final and rewarding event of the 2023 Inter-State/Region Aerobics sports competition was held at Wunna Theikdi Gymnasium in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning, joined by State Administration Council members.

The SAC members enjoyed the final games being competed under the various categories. Next, an awarding ceremony was held and winners grabbed prizes.

Yangon Region won the nine-player event while Kayin State garnered the second and Kachin earned the third. Next, Yangon Region also claimed the Physical Fitness Dance Competition while Mandalay took the second and Shan State the third.

In turn, Kachin State secured the first at a three-player event while Yangon Region grabbed the second and Mandalay the third.

Next, SAC members presented a trophy plus individual awards to the Yangon Region team that won the tourney.

During the event, the fourth, fifth and sixth-placed teams also garnered individual prizes to mark the Aerobics sports. The tourney was held from 15 to 17 November with the participation of 234 athletes from 14 teams.
