MYANMAR and Thai officials on Friday held a meeting on matters related to bilateral trade promotion, speedy flow of goods and information exchanges in Yangon, according to UMFCCI (Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry).

During the meeting, UMFCCI President U Aye Win and Thai Business Association of Myanmar (TBAM) President Mr Nattaphong discussed the speedy flow of goods in bilateral trade, the application of the E-Lock System on the Thilawa Port-Myawady route, easy access to entry and exit of freight vehicles, eradication of illegal trade, promotion of investments, payment, information exchanges and import facilitation activities.
