THE Ministry of State Administration Council Chairman’s Office 3 Union Minister U Aung Kyaw Hoe received Resident Representative Ms Elena Ajmone Sessera of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) office in Myanmar at the ministry’s office yesterday.

They exchanged views on healthcare services in conflict areas, compliance with international humanitarian law and humanitarian aid.
