THE State Administration Council has appointed Dr Chaw Chaw Sein, Pro-Rector of Yangon University of Foreign Languages of the Department of Higher Education under the Ministry of Education, as Director-General of the Department of Monitoring and Evaluation of the same ministry on probation from the date she assumes charge of her duties.
