MYANMAR Embassy has provided necessary assistance to a Myanmar national who is in trouble in South Korea, according to the embassy’s Facebook page.
After receiving a contact from Seobu police station in Busan, the embassy has worked on giving help to the Myanmar national, Nan Lin, and trying to connect with his family in Myanmar, it said.
The embassy says he’s unable to share his personal information; therefore, it has requested Myanmar nationals in South Korea to call its phone number or comment below the post if they know him.
Many Myanmar nationals gave comments, and according to them, the man was from Myingyan Township. He was found vomiting on the railway platform, and Busan police station called 119 for help. He was unable to recall the factory address or other personal information.
The embassy has continued assisting his family in Myanmar.
