DEPUTY Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar U Than Swe received Mr Abhay Thakur, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, yesterday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.

During the call, they cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the strengthening of the traditional friendly ties between the two countries and the furtherance of bilateral cooperation in all areas of mutual interest, including the ongoing connectivity projects and regional and international matters of common interest.
