Malicious media have deliberately spread false reports claiming that security forces bombed Kaelinseik and Shartaw villages in Yedashe Township, Bago Region, on 8 September using drones, leaving three dead and 12 hurt.

However, a security officer from Yedashe confirmed that these claims were untrue, and no such attacks took place. Subversive media outlets reportedly fabricate these false stories.
