1. Socioeconomic Development Party, with its headquarters located in Aung Thaya Quarter, 28th Street (North), Pubbathiri Township, Zeyathiri District, Nay Pyi Taw, applied on 11 September 2024 to be allowed continuity to exist and register as a political party under Section 5 of the Political Parties Registration Law. In such an application, the party name, flag and emblem will be used as described.

2. Under Rule 14 (d) of the Registration of Political Parties, it is hereby announced to the public that those who wish to object to the name of the party, the flag and the emblem to be used by that organization may submit their objection to the Union Election Commission with valid evidence within seven days from the date of this announcement.
