STATE Administration Council Member Khun San Lwin met officials of the Pa-O Self-Administered Zone administration body, regional and township level departmental officials, and town elders at the office of the Pa-O Self-Administered Zone yesterday.

Speaking at the event, he explained the five-point roadmap and nine objectives of the SAC and preparations to hold free, fair elections.

He urged all to plant highyield and marketable crops to reach triple crops from double crops and expand the cultivation of summer paddy, pulses, beans and sunflowers while the SAC assists the farmers to develop the local food security and farming sectors and promote the interests and rights of farmers. He highlighted the need to read the statements of official news agencies while the malicious media outlets spread fake news regarding the People’s Military Service Law and Rules.

Afterwards, the Pa-O Self-Administered Zone Administration body secretary, Hopong Township Administrator and Hsihseng Township Administrator reported on education, social, economy and transportation matters, sixmonth financial assistance to pregnant women and children under six from April to September in 2024-2025 financial year, damages due to attacks of terrorist and reconstruction of staff housing.

The SAC member gave proper instructions after hearing the reports.
