THE Myanmar Narrative Think Tank (MNTT) has launched its website to promote Myanmar’s perspectives on both domestic and international matters.
The Ministry of Information aims to gather and share research-based evidence and domestic knowledge exchanges to facilitate discussions and promote diverse viewpoints in addressing issues related to Myanmar. This plan also aims to foster collaboration among thought leaders, practitioners and policymakers to support peacebuilding, and development and contribute to Myanmar’s broader global engagement.
MNTT was established on 14 January 2025, with its website www.myanmarnarrative.org going live on 10 March 2025. The website focuses on various aspects of Myanmar including its transformations, cultural values, traditional customs and involvement in global movements. It also provides counter-narratives to unfounded criticisms and promotes positive discussions about Myanmar’s image, addressing ethnic issues, and national concerns, and fostering unity within the country and with neighbouring nations.
