Mandalay Region Chief Minister U Myo Aung met a 21-member Thai rescue team led by Colonel Thoetsak Jaiaree and a 27-member Thai medical team led by Dr Patthaphong Pracijasontikul at the Ibis Style Hotel Mandalay Centre in Chanayethazan Township yesterday morning.

During the meeting, Chief Minister U Myo Aung expressed sincere gratitude for the essential healthcare services, moral support, humanitarian aid, and ongoing efforts provided to those affected by the earthquake. Participants exchanged views on humanitarian assistance related to the Mandalay earthquake and shared souvenirs. Chief Ministers and officials from the Mandalay Region Government attended the meeting.
