A military parade commemorating the 78th Anniversary of Tatmadaw (Air) was held yesterday morning at the Nay Pyi Taw Airbase. It was attended by Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Tun Aung, relevant officials of airbases, Tatmadaw (Air), families and invitees attended the event.

They saluted the State Flag and fallen heroes, and took four oaths. The Commander-in-Chief (Air) inspected the parade columns and made a speech. He took a salute and left the event.

Moreover, the early alms food donation event commemorating the 78th Anniversary of the Tatmadaw (Air) took place at the same airbase. The monks, led by Presiding Sayadaw of Pali Tekkatho Mingala Zeyon Monastery, Aggamaha Pandita Aggamaha Saddhamma Jotikadhaja Bhaddanta Vimala Buddhi, attended the event. The Commander-in-Chief (Air), senior air force officers, other ranks and their families were also present at the donation event.
