THE Central Committee and Work Committees for organizing Hluttaw meetings met to prepare for the 15th regular session of the Second Hluttaw yesterday morning.

Pyidaungsu Hluttaw and Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker U T Khun Myat presided over the meeting at the Zabuthiri Hall of the Hluttaw Building in Nay Pyi Taw.

He discussed about successfully organizing the Hluttaw meetings, commencing 27 January, where the Hluttaw representatives will discuss Constitution amendment processes and other bills. Amyotha Hluttaw Speaker Mahn Win Khaing Than made remarks on cooperation of work committees in the previous sessions.

Then Union ministers, permanent secretaries and officials from respective committees gave brief reports about their sector-wise work committees.

The Hluttaw Speaker then made his concluding remarks on the discussions.
