THE finals of the 32nd Police Chief Track and Field Championship and an awards ceremony were held yesterday at the Kyaikasan ground in Yangon.

Officials from the Myanmar Police Force (MPF) and their families, the Deputy Chief of MPF Police Maj-Gen Myo Swe Win, athletes, and sports enthusiasts attended the event.

At the event, Police Maj-Gen Myo Swe Win delivered a speech and presented awards to the winners of competitions. The championship was claimed by the traffic police force team.  

Thirty teams from the departments of the Myanmar Police Force competed in the championship, which was held from 25 to 27 January, with the aim of encouraging a new generation of athletes, according to the Myanmar Police Force.
