Imports of Chinese raw materials for CMP businesses in Myanmar through 105 Mile border trade zone have significantly increased in March, according to the recent report of Ministry of Commerce.
Around 70 vehicles loaded with Chinese commodities entered Myanmar each day between 11 and 17 March, compared with 30 in the previous weeks, 40 on 23 and 24 January and 1 to 3 in the last weeks of January.
The daily number of trucks from Ruili and Kyalkhaung of China reached to 7 at the 105 Mile trade zone around 15 February.
The current value of imported raw materials has also reached to US$2.93 million from $1.14 million in the past.
