The meeting was attended by representatives of Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Viet Nam in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS), representatives from the ASEAN secretary-general office and representatives of the ASEAN Specialized Meteorological Centre (ASMC).
