In the context of public healthcare services, it is essential for healthcare professionals, as exemplary citizens, to carry out their duties with genuine compassion and dedication, without discrimination based on gender. These duties encompass treatment and care, disease diagnosis, prevention, health promotion, and rehabilitation.
As soldiers, being individuals who must mutually protect and safeguard each other’s lives on the battlefield, it is essential to uphold loyalty and respect among one another, as well as between ranks. Only through such loyalty can mutual trust be built, enabling the successful execution of all tasks. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly adhere to the sixty military codes of conduct as steadfastly as one wears a soldier’s uniform and to strive to serve as exemplary models of discipline and morality.
In the present time, when both domestic and foreign destructive forces are attempting to disrupt unity within the military through various methods, military personnel must uphold a spirit of unity that stands shoulder to shoulder and heart to heart. The unity within the Tatmadaw is of paramount importance, akin to life itself. If all Tatmadaw members and their families share the same understanding, perspective, beliefs, and convictions, the unity within the Tatmadaw will remain enduring and steadfast.
Not only as disciplined and exemplary soldiers but also as nurses and medical practitioners, it is essential to uphold higher standards of personal ethics than usual.
Moreover, since it is necessary to engage in battles alongside infantry units on the battlefield, apart from hospitals and medical corps, it is crucial to cultivate and maintain virtues such as camaraderie, compassion, loyalty, and dedication effectively.
