The Defence Services Medical Academy hosted a graduation dinner for its 26th Intake at the assembly hall of the convocation hall of the academy in Yangon yesterday evening, attended by State Security and Peace Commission Chairman and Defence Services Commander-in-Chief Senior General Min Aung Hlaing.

The Senior General cordially greeted the graduate officers and then had dinner together with the graduate officers and dignitaries.

After the dinner, the Senior General and party enjoyed the musical entertainment of the military band of the academy and presented cash awards.

At the convocation hall, the Senior General and party, together with the graduate officers, watched the songs and one-act plays presented by the Myawady Entertainment Troupe under the Directorate of Public Relations and Psychological Warfare.

Also, present at the dinner were Daw Kyu Kyu Hla, the wife of the Senior General; Commander-in-Chief (Navy) Admiral Htein Win and his wife, Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Tun Aung and his wife, senior Tatmadaw officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief and their wives, Union-level dignitaries, Union ministers and their wives, commanders, the commandant of DSMA, officials from Mingaladon Station, parents and relatives of graduate officers and guests.
