THE Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the University for Peace (UPEACE) co-organized the “Training on Peaceful Coexistence and Cultural Diversity” at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw, from 11 to 12 November 2024. The training was attended by 30 mid-level officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other related ministries and organizations.

A delegation led by Mr Alexey Sambuevich Tsydenov, Head of Russia’s Buryatia Republic, arrived in Yangon yesterday afternoon. Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein, regional ministers, Russian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr Iskander Azizov, officials from the Ministry of Border Affairs, and students from the Nationalities Youth Resource Development Degree College welcomed the delegation at Yangon International Airport.
