THE signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the feasibility study of the ‘Watalone’ tunnel project between the Ministry of Construction’s Highways Department and China Harbour Engineering Co Ltd took place at the Ministry’s assembly hall yesterday morning.

At the ceremony, U Wunna Zaw, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Construction, delivered a speech, while the Managing Director of China Harbour Engineering Co Ltd explained the work to be carried out.

Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Construction, U Wunna Zaw, along with the Managing Director of China Harbour Engineering Co Ltd, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the feasibility study of the ‘Watalone’ tunnel project.
