BASED on the friendship between Russia and Myanmar, a cargo plane carrying humanitarian assistance from the Russian Federation for Mocha victims landed at Yangon International Airport yesterday early morning.
An official from the AHA Centre, Director U Than Soe of the Disaster Management Department of Yangon Region accompanied by officials and officials from the Russian Embassy to Myanmar checked the supplies.
Included in the relief supplies that arrived yesterday were 13.95 tonnes of preserved fish, 10.5 tonnes of macaronl, 2.9 tonnes of 25 tents (10-person group) and a mobile electric power station (2.8 tonnes).
