STATE Administration Council Member Porel Aung Thein along with officials including Kayah State Chief Minister U Zaw Myo Tin provided basic foodstuffs to IDPs in Kayah State on 9 September.

Additionally, the SAC member met displaced persons at the city hall of Loikaw in Kayah State.

In the afternoon, the SAC member accompanied by the State Chief Minister and officials visited the State General Hospital in Loikaw and emphasized the healthcare issues of the health workers at the State General Hospital.

Afterwards, the SAC member donated K 1 million and the state chief minister donated a medical grade Sony (LMD2435MD) to the General Hospital with encouragement to the patients and IDP patients by providing nutritious foods and cash assistance.

Then, the SAC member friendly met respective teachers of basic education not only providing K 1 million for implementing the educational development activities in the State at the Education Office but also emphasizing the educational issues at the No 1 Basic Education High School in Loikaw township.
