A high-level goodwill delegation led by Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing paid official State visits to the Russian Federation at the invitation of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and to the Republic of Belarus at the invitation of President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko on 3 March 2025 and could hold meetings to achieve positive results for Myanmar.

Young Men’s Buddhist Association (Central), Myanmar Interfaith Dialogue Group (Central), Myanmar Evangelical Christian Alliance, All Myanmar Tamil Hindu Foundation (HQ), Thananta Dhamma Palaka (Hindu) Association, Islamic Religious Affairs Council Myanmar, Myanmar War Veterans Organization, Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI), Myanmar Press Council, Myanmar Artists Association (Central), Myanmar Motion Pictures Organization, and Myanmar Music Association (Central) issued statements praising Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, for his efforts in contributing to the development and progress of various sectors in Myanmar.
