ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားလွှတ်တော်ချုပ်နဲ့ စင်ကာပူတရား လွှတ်တော်ချုပ်တို့ဟာ ၁၀-၂-၂၀၂၀ ရက်နေ့က တရားစီရင်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ Memorandum of Guidance (MOG) ရေးထိုးပြီး နှစ်နိုင်ငံသမိုင်းမှတ်တိုင်တစ်ခု စိုက်ထူခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီ MOG ရဲ့ အမည်ကတော့ “ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုတရားလွှတ်တော်ချုပ် နှင့် စင်ကာပူသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၊ တရားလွှတ်တော်ချုပ်တို့ အကြား ငွေကြေးဆိုင်ရာစီရင်ချက်များ အတည်ပြုရန် လမ်းညွှန်မှုစာချွန်လွှာ (Memorandum of Guidance as to Enforcement of Money Judgments Between the Supreme Court of the Union, Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Singapore) ဖြစ်ပါတယ်
